Breath Focused Live Music Yoga Class with Music by Girish and Yoga by Cheryl Slader
Girish is coming to town to play and sing his heart opening chants LIVE while you practice! Let your yoga flow with true power through the rhythms of Girish's soul stirring tunes. We will focus on our breath as we move and take breaks in the flow to sing.
Tickets can be purchased for $20 ahead of time
at Blue Sky Yoga or $25 at the door.
Tickets can also be purchased online at www.brownpapertickets.com for $20 plus service fee.
