Winter folklore
In a friendly session taking place via zoom you are invited to join artist & folklorist Anne Marie in her Shropshire garden. Potter about amongst the snowdrops whilst hearing about the seasonal traditions that happen throughout February. The session will include reference to Imbolc, Candlemas, Valentines Day & Shrove Tuesday.
She will be making seasonal St. Brigid's Oaten Bread /Bannocks and Twig & seed hearts to show our love to Mother Nature & to our friends, guiding us in a Labyrinth spiritual spring clean as well as giving a few folklore gardening tips.
The session costs £2.50 and must be reserved in advance, participants will received further details and a link to join the event via zoom, shortly in advance of the event.
This workshop is part of Winter Wonder a series of online activities to encourage connection and creativity during social distancing made possible with funding from the Culture Recovert Fund for Heritage.
