All of us have fears about this invisible and tiny virus (which feels BIG.) Lets be accepting of our own fears! As the child psychiatrist, Daniel Siegel advises, Name it to tame it! After naming our own adult fears, we can be more open to addressing child fears. In this unprecedented time of
COVID-19 we need more than ever to tend-and-befriend our emotions. Both verbal and non-verbal strategies will be explored for self-care and childcare.
