Synopsis: Ocean of Obstacles is a documentary that reveals the story of a dozen blind and visually impaired teens as they attempt a life changing voyage. This first-time crew dubbed The Blind Buccaneers will learn to navigate and sail on open water before embarking on a seven day journey from the Spanish Virgin Islands to the shore of Puerto Rico.
