Don't miss this special, one night musical event, featuring Grammy nominated Lightning Larry Dupio.

Performing in his unique blues oriented genre, Larry will also be accompanied by some of Maui's finest local musicians. Sweet Mama Dee, Jimmy Dillon, and Benny Uyetake will be sharing the stage with Larry. This paring of musicians may never happen again and will surely be a memorable event for all those attending.

The Road Show, a Maui band will be opening for Larry. These guys are quite talented an arguably worth the price of admission themselves. SUCH A DEAL!

WHAT IS GIG'S PLACE?

Gig's Place is an intimate, community based entertainment venue, dedicated to live performances. We are neither a bar or restaurant but rather an outlet for great talent. A place for musicians and other artists to perform, rehearse and network.

We often hear, Going to an event at Gigs Place is almost like having a party in your own living room. We've also been compared to the bygone clubs in Greenwich Village during the 50s and 60s arts, music, beatnik and early folk rock scene. Imagine Alan Ginsberg Bob Dylan, Judy Collins,Pete Seeger Janis Joplin and others playing in one these clubs before they reached stardom. And, some people say our sound system is one of the best on island.

Our Musicians rehearsal studio located in the in back, is sound insulated and fully equipped. You can even record your work there.
