2019 Hearty & Farty Description

Join us for a special night of homemade chili and live music in the plaza outside Gordon Neighbourhood House! Hearty & Farty is a free, all-ages event that is open to everyone.

Thursday, September 19th, 2019 at 6:30pm.

RSVP required, please register online or at the GNH Reception Desk.

We will be serving hearty chili with all the fixings (cheese, sour cream, jalapenos), and warm garlic bread. Beer and cider will be available for $3.00. Dont forget to bring two pieces of ID for alcohol purchases, including one government-issued photo ID.

The Broughton Street mini-park is wheelchair accessible, and Gordon Neighbourhood House has single-stall, all-genders washrooms. Participants are encouraged to minimize the use of scented products such as cologne or perfumes. Meat and vegan chili options will be available. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
