FOOD & BEVERAGE PIONEERS: AN ENTREPRENEURIAL CONVERSATION ON VENTURING BEYOND THE KNOWN IN THE FOOD & BEVERAGE SCENE
SOMArts Cultural Center
San Francisco, CA
Share this event:

For our second year event topic, we are exploring the idea of F&B "Pioneers". In doing this, we will be dedicating a good amount of our discussion and professional anecdotes to the development of the Bay View F&B scene. The messages and experiences that we will cover, however, will also be appropriate for F&B entrepreneurialism in general. In short, the goal is to provide information to our attendees about how to start a F&B venture in an area that may not have historically been known for its F&B scene, using skills that may not include professional training, and resourcing alternative financing, design and construction solutions.

Please join the Northern California Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) and NEWH for an evening of drinks, small bites, and entrepreneurial food & beverage conversation. All event proceeds go to CHS and NEWH educational charities.

Moderator: Professor Giuseppe Pezotti '84, MMH '96 Cornell University
