"A Ceremony of Physicians and Musicians"
Presented with Tempesta di Mare as part of the orchestra's Great Books program, this event introduces the themes of Jean-Baptiste Moliere's "La Malade Imaginaire" ("The Hypochondriac") through the grave markers of famous doctors and musicians buried at Christ Church Burial Ground.
After a tour of the property and an introduction to Moliere's piece (Incidental music by Marc-Antoine Charpentier), guests will take a scavenger hunt that continues the storytelling!
