Con Tutti Concert - Blow Ye Winds!
Please join the 100+ singers of Con Tutti! at the South Church in Portsmouth on May 4 for a Spring-time & Maritime concert! Presented by Joanne Connolly and conducted by Taylor ODonnell, Blow ye Winds will feature local favorites Great Bay Sailor and a rousing maritime - time will be had by all! You will hear the beautiful traditional British song Lowlands, a lovely shape-note piece Ocean by an 18th century Maine composer and High Barbary a rousing ballad about pirates and buccaneers. If you have an itch for Spring and a love of the water and high seas, then you will not want to miss this special concert!
This Spring, Con Tutti has partnered to support the local non-profit, the Blue Ocean Society, an organization dedicated to protecting marine life in the Gulf of Maine through research, education and inspiring action. A portion of the proceeds from this springs concert will directly benefit the Blue Ocean Society mission.
