The Rose City School of Burlesque is excited to announce AMBER RAY, costuming & performance goddess from NYX, will be in Portland for EAST COAST SHIMMY featuring Paco Fish (MD) & Amber (NYC) and teaching a workshop before the show!

If you crush on costumes (but don't have much money?), then you might want to know Amber's DIY methods for creation. Learn tried & true tips and tricks on how to start, design, ways to create on a budget, secrets in making opulent visual magic, costume development, dying, headdresses, embellishing and how to fix and salvage damaged items.
