Overflow is a long running platform based out of Eugene, Oregon starting in October of 2008 at Samurai Duck as an event for Hip-Hop performers to have a No Violence platform, to express their craft, and network.
Overflow since has evolved into a greater crew of collaborators and events. Our mission is to keep growing and evolving.
