Fabulous Is A State of Mind
In this class, you will learn that fierce and fabulous is a state of mind. Based in traditional theatrical techniques, this class will teach you to hold and create space and work in the moment which allows you and your performance to be as powerful as it can be. Part lecture and part participation, The Fox will take you through series of exercises that will give you the tools to find your fierceness and fill the stage. Everyone receives individual attention. Dress comfortably, bring a pair of heels.
