Roller Derby Double Header:
The ladies of G*Force will be taking on the Smoky Mountain Roller Girls of Bryson City, NC, in their inaugural home bout. G*Force is fresh off a win against Smoky Mountain in the team's first ever bout.
Immediately following will be a coed bout, pitting local team the Bank City Brawlers against the Smoky Mountain Mafia from Tennessee.
Doors open at 1:00 PM, first whistle at 2:00 PM.
Tickets are $10, kids 12 and under are $5, and kids 5 and under are free. This is a double header so you get double the derby for the same price as a single bout.
Our community partner for this bout is Gaylain's House of Hope, a group home for women in recovery from substance abuse. We are collecting items:
- Non-perishable food items
- Personal hygiene items such as soap, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste
- New women's clothing and shoes
- Cash donations will also be accepted.
