Portland Blues Cruise 2018
The Blues Party of the Year on water!

An afternoon of the best in Portland blues on every level of the Spirit featuring the Journey to Memphis All Stars.

Buy a general ticket at $30 or bring two and get it for $25 each.  Three special VIP packages also available that assures you your own table.

Last year, the Portland Spirit was alive with music on every floor and dancing almost to capacity.  This year will be no different!  More acts, more music!

Over 250 acts from around the world, come to compete with the best of the best for this once in a lifetime opportunity for these musicians.

Your ticket purchase for this not to be missed afternoon of music on the Willamette River will go to help send current Journey to Memphis winners to Memphis and will help provide airfare, lodging and meals to all of their band members at the upcoming January 2018 IBC.

Hall of Fame Muddy Award Winner for Best Female Vocalist (Cascade Blues Association), Rae Gordon started in the piano bars and comedy clubs of Los Angeles, and her ability to engage an audience dates back to those roots. They have played the big and little stages of northwest's favorite clubs, dance floors and festivals helping to mold their signature sound.  Their debut album Blue Lemonade hit the Billboard Blues Charts at number 10, a spot they held for 2 weeks.  She ws the 2017 Journey to Memphis band winner and followed that up with a 3rd place in the finals in Memphis at the International Blues Challenge.And other acts to be announced.

Every year, blues organizations from around the world hold local contests to send their winning acts to the renowned International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee (www.blues.org).  Cascade Blues Association, the local Portland blues organization, holds their own "Journey to Memphis" contest every year at the Waterfront Blues Festival in downtown Portland.


Ticket $30.  Drawings for certificates from local eateries and blues clubs. Silent Auction Baskets.  Food and drink will be available for purchase directly on the boat
