Dharmasoul and Haunt the House: A Meadowbrook Waldorf School Benefit

On July 29, a fire engulfed Meadowbrook Waldorf School in Richmond. Through the help of the town of South Kingstown, tireless efforts of many faculty, families and friends of the school, Meadowbrook opened for the school year on schedule, at South Road School in South Kingstown. Fundraising efforts through a GoFundMe page have been successful, and this event on Sept. 15 is part of that effort. Spearheaded by Waldorf alums Blue Naomi Sky and Jonah Tolchin, the event will take place at Lily Pads in the sanctuary of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County, the site of Music and More at Lily Pads.

The event features Dharmasoul, the latest project of prolific songwriter and accomplished guitarist Jonah Tolchin and drummer Kevin Clifford. Their latest album is Lightning Kid. Also on the bill is indy folk artist and Lily Pads favorite, Haunt the House (Will Houlihan). There will also be some cameo performances by Meadowbrook Waldorf alumni, local vendors donating their proceeds to Meadowbrook. Food and beverages will be available.

Tickets can be purchased online right here until noon the day of show. Tickets also available at the door. Children 12 and under are free.
