La Carte Blanche Supper Club
Come join us August 7th for our weekly supper club in Carmel Valley.
1st seating 6:00 pm (25 seats)
La Carte Blanche is the culinary love child of Klaus Georis. After spending the last 8 years cooking for chefs such as: Kobe Desramaults, Michael Tusk, Dominique Crenn and Stephane Jego, it became time for his own food to hit the plates. This dinner series will allow all those experiences to unfold right in front of you as your own culinary journey begins.
As usual there will be an optional beverage pairing brought to you by John Kiely of Aubergine.
Due to the nature of Carte Blanche cooking, dietary restrictions will not be honored. We can do our best to omit an ingredient, but we will not be able to substitute any ingredients.
