Ezra Charles: A Date With A Songwriter
A night of performance and storytelling, where Ezra tells the fascinating back-stories behind the songs he wrote that propelled "Ezra Charles and the Works" into becoming one of Houstons top bands. Also presented will be new, as-yet-unheard songs he has continued to create in the interim.
Curious about what goes into writing a song? Ezra, along with his son (Jake) on drums, performs most of his well-known repertoire, and precedes the songs with interesting details of their inspiration in his own unique, amusing style.
Fans of his last production, The Story of Boogie Woogie, will be delighted by this all-new show with similar entertainment value and musical intensity.
