Marla Stone (Lyons) adopted the name Star La'Moan for a songwriting contest years ago and the loose spoonerism stuck. Now she is the band leader of her own outfit. The Kitchenettes (born in the kitchen of the Kuumbwa) are as varied as the music and are working on the first CD, "Outta the Kitchen, Into the Streets!" Tonights dance features everything AND the Kitchen Sink!
