Making a movie isn't easy and more than 90% of the movies that get made don't get seen. How can you turn the odds in your favor? In one fast-paced, entertaining hour, media expert and film executive Adam Leipzig will reveal the inner workings of what goes through the heads of film financiers and distributors, and will give you practical tools you can use immediately to shape your project into a movie that can get made and seen.
----------------------- About the speaker: Adam Leipzig is currently the CEO of Entertainment Media Partners, as well as the publisher and managing editor of Inside Track for Independent Filmmakers. In his time in the film business, he has overseen over 25 movies as a producer, studio executive and distributor, including "March of the Penguins", "Dead Poets Society", "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids", and has worked with legendary directors Robert Altman, Peter Yates and Peter Weir. He has served as the President of National Geographic Films and as Senior Vice President at Walt Disney Pictures.
