Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before screening to secure seating. Unoccupied seat will be released to rush tickets 5 minutes after starting of screening time.

Refund & Exchanges
Sorry, we do not offer refund unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems. Make sure to check the screening time and age restriction prior to payment.

Exchange is offer solely at staff's discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Request must be made at least 2 hours prior to screening time of purchased ticket.

Age Requirement and ID
TWFF is responsible for operating in compliance with the Motion Picture Act and Consumer Protection BC.

Films in "Restricted" category have an age restriction of 18 or above. Attendees to "Restricted" films might be asked to present government-issued picture ID prior to entering theatre. For all other films, attendees under age of 18 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
