GREENVILLE, NEW YORK, APRIL 6, 2018 The Greenville Drive-In's third annual QWERTY Typewriter and Letter Arts Festival takes off on June 15 and 16. At dusk there will be a showing of a collection of shorts and vintage advertisements relating to typewriters, paper and the letter arts as well as selected short films and classic advertisements.
On Saturday, the festival continues with making Tiny Books with the Creativity Caravan, a type-in, and paper plane experiments with Carle Kopecky followed by a paper plane competition in which awards will be given based on creativity, distance and design. Live music will follow in the Projectionist Club Beer Garden with musician Brian Dewan. QWERTY: Paper Edition will conclude with a screening of the Australian family-friendly film, Paper Planes.
