Hillstomp of Portland Oregon is a junkbox blues duo, infamous for digging through the dumps and forgotten backwoods of American music, recycling traditional elements into a refreshing and distinctive brand of do-it-yourself hill country blues stomp!
A local favorite in the Rogue Valley and one of IPub's favorite bands OF ALL TIME!
Opening up this event is The Elephant: An eclectic songwriting duo based in Ashland, OR. Their sporadic folky style will have you singing catchy tunes in three different keys and the most comfortable poly-rhythms you'll find west of the Mississippi. If you haven't heard them yet, now's the time to find out what you're missing!
