Bluegrass Festival Fundraiser at CD&ME/ Frankfort Spirits 5/11
The 2018 festival fundraiser will be held at CD&Me/Frankfort Spirits this year. Each ticket will include 3 drink tickets provided by Trails Edge Brewery, Blue Island Brewery and Frankfort Spirits. Tickets in advance are $35 and at the door $40. Food is TBA but also will be included. Music from Fox Crossing String band, Growler, Anderlik, Otto & Church and The Grateful String Band. There will be raffles, baskets and more. 100% of the Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the festival held in July. The 8th Annual Frankfort Bluegrass On The Green Festival is a 2 day FREE event Saturday and Sunday July 14th and 15th 2018 on Breidert Green and Prairie Park in downtown Frankfort, IL.
The fest features award winning national and regional bluegrass bands on 2 stages, kids area with activities tent, picker's tent, workshops, craft and food vendors and more. Stay tuned for band announcements and updates. For more information, go to http://wwwfrankfortbluegrassfest.com.
The Frankfort Bluegrass Fest is an illinois 501c non profit organization dedicated to expanding the awareness of this treasured American style of music through performances, workshops and education in a family friendly atmosphere.
Comprised of all volunteers with love for this acoustic style music, we work with top quality national and regional acts, local artists, craft makers and businesses to bring a well rounded, family friendly 2 day event with something for everyone to historic downtown Frankfort.
