We'll begin our practice with basic Kundalini warm ups and pranayama, move into asana, kriya, free movement and meditation, then open up into the world of sacred sound. We'll explore various mantras - their meanings, pronunciation, effects - and learn how to refine and strengthen our singing voice. We'll immerse ourselves in the bliss of chanting and kirtan. In our closing circle there will be opportunity to share our personal experiences and room for discussion if time allows.
Great transformation and spiritual awakening can take place in even just a few moments. The realization and remembering you that you are love, you are the alchemist that can transform your thoughts to love. You already have what you need to cultivate your divine presence to it fullest potential. Let's see what magic we can discover together!
