SOLD OUT : New Year's Eve Yoga & Sound
Ring in the New Year with an enchanting evening of yoga and sound! We'll celebrate this past year of integration and our forward momentum into 2018 with an all levels vinyasa flow practice, accompanied by the harmonic vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Then, we'll relax into a guided yoga nidra meditation and end our practice with long savasana and gong bath. Together, we will compassionately let go of the old, clearing a path to a fresh new year through movement, breath, healing sound, and community! All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a journal. Refreshments and a champagne/sparkling cider toast following the practice. Pre-registration required.
