-DR. HIGGENS-
Railroad Recordings | L Records | Berklee Music | Moog | Monome.org
Drum & Bass
http://drhiggens.com/

Dr. Higgens first took the decks in 1996 after an number of parties in the old dirty warehouses where the rave scene began. A few short years later he was playing the dark dirty tunes in the same dark warehouses thriving on his passion for the music and crowd connection. After years of playing as a one-genre dj he was first given the title of the "confused dj" in the midwest after a 2 hour set that bridged blessed out techno with bone rattling drum & bass-a genre-wrecking vision of his future.

For the last 6 years, he has been given the great opportunity to play as the dj arm of up and coming drum and bass producers at clubs such as Avalon, Circus, and Vanguard, as well as slots at the Electric Daisy Carnival and Nocturnal Wonderland. Recently transplanted from LA to Seattle, it is time for him to come out and play his way. His set will not be one to miss.

-IAN K vs DUMMY-
Bassface Recordings | seattleHARDCORE | harderFASTERlouder
UK Hardcore | Freeform | Drum & Bass
http://facebook.com/ian.k.hardcore
http://soundcloud.com/iank
http://facebook.com/dummyhardcore
http://soundcloud.com/dummy

A longtime fixture in the Seattle rave community, Ian K is dedicated to bringing the sounds of hardcore to the masses. He first took the stage under the name MC Verbal, quickly building a reputation for his energetic performances with appearances with headliners like Hixxy, Force and Styles, Kevin Energy and Scott Brown. Soon he found himself focusing more and more on production, building up his studio (The LAB). After building up a collection of original tracks, he began to play out under the "Ian K." moniker, focusing on DJ'ing and his Live PA.

In 2008 Ian began releasing tracks on Arizona DJ's Rize and Starr label, Mad Panik Records. Soon several of his tracks entered Trackitdown.net's top 20, such as "Me2U" which TID called "More madcap crossover indie rock vocal mash-up happy hardcore from the Mad Panik lot. Singalong breakdown opens up into big sounds and uplifting Toytown melody flavours topped off by an excellent vocoder. Happy happy joy joy and another winner for Ian K."

Ian's growth as an artist continued into 2009, when he was invited to perform at Hardcore Till I Die in the Sun, in Lloret De Mar, Spain. This weeklong event focused on Hardcore and Hard Dance every night and featured top talent such as Hixxy, Chris Unknown, Gammer and Re-Con. Finishing out the year with appearances at Earthdance 2009 in Phoenix, AZ and appearing weekly in his hometown of Seattle, WA, Ian K always does his best to bring energetic, uplifiting and driving beats to the ravers!

Dummy, Seattle's original Hardcore Hellion is here to bring Freeform to the hardcore massive. Always known for his love of the darker and harder UK Hardcore, Dummy has been a staple of the Seattle rave scene for over a decade. With residencies at some of Seattle's most historic rave venues and appearances at the biggest festivals on the west coast along with playing one of the exclusive Freeformation events in London, he has shared the stage with the biggest names in hardcore form around the globe. Along with production cohort and long time friend Ian K, Dummy has helped to create the popularity of hardcore in the Seattle rave scene and has cemented his place as a part of the northwest hardcore elite.

Known for a "take no prisoners" attitude and sky-high energy, you're always in for a show. From doing the truffle shuffle during huge vocal anthems, to pounding his fist to the driving power of Freeform, this skilled turntable technician is anything but sane. Dummy sets will turn you inside out and leave you begging for more. As one of the original west coast hardcore mentalists, you're in for a workout with Dummy behind the decks. Be prepared to stomp, dance, and bounce the night away to the Dummy sound.

Together, this pair has rocked stages for more than a decade. You will not want to miss what they have in store for you at MORE JAM!!

-SKEETS-
Bassface Recordings | Executive Records | seattleHARDCORE
UK Hardcore
http://www.facebook.com/skeetsss
http://soundcloud.com/skeetsss
American producer Skeets has taken the US and International hardcore scene by storm in the past year. Hailing from Seattle, Washington, he first gained international notoriety with his TID chart-topping remix of Rising Star's "True Feelings" in May 2011. In the past year he has added four more top-ten hits to his repertoire on Executive and Bassface and has received DJ support from Cotts & Ravine, S3RL, Luna-C, Sc@r, Douglas, No Left Turn, and Ian K. Best known for his forward-thinking, genre-bending style packed with epic breakdowns and cheesy vocals spiced with grimy electro, drumstep, and DnB flavors, Skeets' distinctive sound is poised to raise the bar for hardcore worldwide.

-BOUNCY-
Marble Productions
Hands Up Trance
http://www.facebook.com/djbouncy012
Bouncy was born in South Korea but he was raised in Washington State and has lived here for over twenty five years! He started partying back in 2000 and his first rave he attended was Freaknight at the old Expo Center. He was a frequent partier and could be seen at all the local venues like Naf, The Hall, FX, and others. Around the fall of 2004 he picked up his first turntables and fell in love with djing immediately. Ever since then he could not stop spinning. He messed around with a few genres like Hard Trance and UK Hard House before he discovered Hands Up! He loved Hands Up because it combined the hard beats of UK Hard House with the cheesy melodies and sing a longness of Happy Hardcore into one powerful genre. He got his first gig at FX (then called Studio B) and played at Black Out 3. Ever since then he has been a regular part of Seattle's scene and can be seen at many local events monthly.

-LOVEBUG-
lovebug.dj
Bounce/UK Hard House
http://www.facebook.com/lovebug.dj
LoveBug started playing records in the August of 2004, with only a basic knowledge of the kind of music she liked. She got a hold of some records and started learning how to beat match on her own. In March of 2005 she started her UK tutelage, and it was then that she began to understand what her chosen style was all about. With a push in the right direction, she molded her style around what she began to know as Hard Dance. She kept the turntables and vinyl for another year, and then in the winter of 2006, she traded them in for a pair of Pioneer CDJ800s. With an expanded library and a medium she was more comfortable with, she was able to increase her ability and use her skills effectively.

LoveBug arrived on the scene, ready to take control and infect Seattle's hard dance scene. Immediately recognized by some of the top talent in the area and noticed by some of the heaviest hitters in Seattle's dance scene promotion, she came into her own as a rising star, and was well on her way to taking hold of Seattle and showing them what being a Hard Dance DJ is really about.

While maintaining her love for Hard Trance, LoveBug has focused her attention to a new area of Hard Dance, commonly known as Bounce, which frequently incorporates a unique donk sound in the bassline. Often compared to a standard flip flop banging on a PVC pipe, there is no mistaking this sound for any other, and its unique flavor is quickly becoming the favorite among party goers. But with a subdued interest in fame and popularity, she plays only for the integrity of the music, to share a love of Hard Dance, and to infect a city who is begging for music like this.
