ISRAEL IN EGYPT
Saturday, April 21, 2018, 3pm
Sunday, April 22, 2018, 3pm

with orchestra and soloists

Handel's "Israel in Egypt" for double choir and orchestra recounts the Passover story, one of the oldest immigration stories known to man. This powerful, seldom-performed work rivals his "Messiah" in its majesty, import, and beauty. Join us for the final journey of the season, from suffering to salvation, told in the inimitable voice of George Frideric Handel.
