"More than 30 years ago, Susan Swedo, a doctor with the National Institutes of Health discovered that an undiagnosed strep infection was the cause of one child's disabling illness. The more Swedo dug, the more evidence she found: Strep was linked to symptoms normally chalked up to psychiatric illness."  

After all these years patients and their families still face an uphill battle to acquire qualified assessments and treatment plans in Ontario for a disease that is being researched and treated at institutes like the NIMH and Stanford University in the United States.

The lack of awareness and information on PANDAS/PANS available to our medical community presents a unique set of challenges to many families in Ontario who are desperately searching for help and answers.

Please join us to learn more about these challenges, help us bring more awareness to PANDAS and PANS in our communities and raise funds to support families in Ontario. Enjoy catered snacks and refreshments followed by this gripping award winning documentary by Emmy-nominated filmmaker, Tim Sorel.  

We hope you will also join us after the film for a presentation and Q&A with leading Canadian PANDAS/PANS service provider, Dr. Ayla Wilson.  Catered lunch is included in price.

PANDAS/PANS Ontario is a not for profit organization that incorporated in June of 2014 to provide support to the families who are affected by PANDAS/PANS and to bring awareness and the latest research to our communities.  A portion of ticket sales and proceeds from the auction and film will go directly to PANDAS/PANS Ontario.
