Handel and Haydn 50th Anniversary Celebration
The Taghkanic Chorale directed by Steven Fox presents a joyful celebration of its fiftieth season. Enjoy the unsurpassed optimism of Haydn as expressed in his Te Deum and the exuberant joy of Handel in his Coronation Anthems: Zadok the Priest, Let Thy Hand Be Strengthened, The King Shall Rejoice and My Heart Is Inditing. Seldom will you have the opportunity to hear all four of these coronation anthems in one concert. Accompanied by chamber orchestra with woodwinds, brass, timpani and strings and with organ.
