Benefit Concert Featuring David Cooper
Join us for an evening of music that will inspire and also make a difference for a local homeless women's shelter.
This Charity Concert is sponsored by The University of Valley Forge Music Department. Proceeds will benefit the Phoenixville Women's Outreach: The House. The House is a shelter for single homeless women in Phoenixville that aims to provides safe housing and resources to break the cycle of dependence and poverty. http://phxvillewomensoutreach.org/
The Benefit Concert will feature David Cooper and live band. His music is a balanced blend of Jazz, R&B, Gospel, Alternative, and Classical. He draws his inspiration from God and subsequent to that, people.
David has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Production from the University of Valley Forge; and a minor in Business Management. He has also toured 3 consecutive years with the traveling ministry teams from the university, leading a team his senior year.
More than 600 people were identified as homeless in Chester County last year; one in three were women. This benefit concert will continue to fund The House's important mission to make a difference in the lives of homeless and low-income single women in the greater Phoenixville area.
