11:30 -12:00 General Rules Talk
12:00 - 1:00/1:30 Scrimmage to give Refs a chance to practice newly learned skills/rules.
1:00 - 1:30 gear down/clean up/exit the building
Who should attend:
Skating Referees (This is not targeted for NSOs, but you can come to watch, if you want).
