The 2012 Knoxville Horror Film Festival will take place over three nights:
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25 @ Regal Downtown West 8 KHFF Opening Night featuring JOHN DIES AT THE END KHFF 2012 kicks off with a few short selections and a premiere feature screening of Don Coscarelli's psychotropic horror comedy JOHN DIES AT THE END
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26 @ Relix Variety Theatre KHFF Competitive Program + EXCISION KHFF's main event features an extended program of short films from around the region and around the world, followed by an exclusive screening of Richard Bates, Jr's teen angst gore-fest EXCISION
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27 @ Relix Variety Theatre KHFF Awards + Grindhouse Grind-out Vol. 2 + V/H/S We reveal ours & the audience's picks for best of the fest, then enjoy a batch of fresh grindhouse-style fake trailers from Knoxville's most resourceful filmmakers followed by a screening of the found footage horror anthology V/H/S
Doors open Friday & Saturday at 6:30pm. Opening Night showtime TBD.
$10 per night or $25 for three-day festival pass.
All three events should be considered R-rated (and beyond?) and require according discretion.
