Join twilight reveille: a sacred sound orchestra, in celebrating the transition into winter with a spiral soundscape of vibration generated by a multitude of gongs. This sonic still point will calm and balance your central nervous system, allowing the vibrations of the gongs to transfer the power of synthesis to the physical body. We will hover in that place without time and beyond form; and return, replacing polarity with oneness.
Doors open at 3pm
Please dress comfortably and bring anything that would make your meditation more comfortable ie. yoga mat, pillow, blanket,...
Soundbaths are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy or if prone to seizures.
