KWLT's Woodsounds Wednesdays
Woodsounds Wednesdays is an occasional concert series at the Kitchener Waterloo Little Theatre, with a focus on local and regional acts in an intimate venue. Woodsounds calls back to a concert series at our theatre before the fire, that was curated by the late Matt Osborne.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS Big Rude Jake Hiebert is a lyricist, songwriter, singer, musician, bandleader and history buff with a diverse array of influences. Noted for his skill as a blues shouter and raconteur, Big Rude Jake Hiebert is especially drawn to the roots of American music. Youll hear blues, jazz, rockabilly, jump, gospel, folk and fingerpicking ragtime guitar. Add a sharp wit and a touch of cabaret and youve got Big Rude Jake. More at http://www.bigrudejake.ca
Sara Rose Hebert is a singer-songwriter, originally hailing from Timmins, ON. With her soulful voice, colourful melodies, and thought-provoking lyrics, Sara delivers a soothingly refreshing performance.
