Art Shanty Projects: Gateway to the Arts
On October 8, 2016, Art Shanty Projects Board of Directors will host a benefit at Fulton Brewery, 2540 2nd Street NE, Minneapolis to support of artists boundary-defying ideas that create a welcoming portal to arts participation.
Funds raised through ticket sales, prize opportunities, and local beer/food purchases all to the musical stylings of DJ Starfive will ensure the annual On-Ice Program continues to unite artists and communities through a free and accessible Gateway to the Arts.
2016 ticket options include:
1. VIP-Artist Access Hour 6-7pm ($40, advance only, limited amount): Commemorative Pint Glass and Two fills from Specialty Infusion Keg, a Geode Coaster to rest your drink, Fulton Hat to keep you warm, Food from The Wurst Food Truck and Peeps Hot Box, and (best of all) One-on-one experiences with past artists, including interactions with: Meta Shanty, Lamination Station, Puzzle Shanty, Outdoor Painters of Minnesota, Monsters Under the Bed Shanty, Chef Shanty, Data Lab Shanty, Lonesome Ron Affolter, Catch Your Limit, and the Preposterous Polemic
2. General Admission 7-10pm ($15 in advance, $20 at the door), includes one free drink and a night of dancing, games, prizes, and fun.
