SUGAR AND SPICE BAND
The members of the Sugar and Spice Band are a powerful combination of experienced musicians who have played with Gladys Knight, The Rascals and Long Islands' own legendary musician Little Buster. Amazing as individual instrumentalists, they are awesome as a group!
Sugar and Spice Band is a high energy unit that delivers finger-poppin', soul-stirring music. They focus on music that appeals to all ages and a diverse audience - Classic Soul, Motown, Disco and R&B (think Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight and Micheal Jackson). Their aim is to deliver sweet satisfaction for every performance, with a set pulled from an ever-growing list of great songs from the likes of Diana Ross and the Supremes, Ray Charles, Sam and Dave, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Donna Summer, Thelma Houston and a few surprises to keep things interesting. These are songs you know and love, that will have you dancing and singing along.

DAVID BENNETT COHEN
DBC, as he is called by his friends, has been a professional musician for more than 30 years. He is best known for his innovative keyboard playing as an original member of the '60's rock band, Country Joe and the Fish, and later as a member of The Blues Project. What separates Cohen from a lot of other players is his unassuming ease behind the keys, and his ability to invoke the spirits of boogie-woogie, stride and blues piano greats without ever replicating other folks' licks. David Bennett Cohen is a true original. His solo albums and instructional DVDs give you only a hint of what this incredible musician sounds like live!
Over the years, he has played and/or recorded with The Blues Project, Mick Taylor, The Luther Tucker Blues Band, Elvin Bishop, Hubert Sumlin, Melvin Van Peebles, Happy and Artie Traum, Arlen Roth, Eric Anderson, David Blue, Tim Hardin, Kerry Kearney, Norton Buffalo, Jerry Miller, Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, Buddy Miles, John Cippolina, Huey Lewis, Michael Bloomfield, Bob Weir, John Kahn, Johnnie Johnson, Jimmy Vivino, Jay Owens, Debbie Davies, Byther Smith, Bobby Kyle, Rocky Lawrence, Johnny B. Gayden, Sandra Feva and others. These days, you can often catch David as a member of Big Ed Sullivan's Blues Jam.

LENNON AND KATIE (of 'Youth Be Told')
Surprised, amazed and captivated is how Youth Be Told leaves an audience after a performance. Youth Be Told is a young prodigious rock band that perform with the heart, soul and power heard from seasoned musicians twice their age. With their catchy originals and epic rock covers, these incredible teens continue to leave their mark in the NY music scene.
Youth Be Told original music was produced by Grammy winning music producer Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, John Lennon, The Who, Cheap Trick, Pink Floyd and Zebra...) This great collaboration made Youth Be Told the youngest band to be produced by the music legend. Their self-titled EP is available on iTunes and Amazon.
