Northwest Mahler Festival 20th Anniversary Concert
For the 20th anniversary concert we are delighted to welcome back long term Festival luminary Eric Hanson will who lead Wagner's Prelude to Act III of Lohengrin and selections from Mahler's Das Knaben Wunderhorn, featuring mezzo-soprano Kathryn Weld as vocal soloist.
We also welcome back long term Festival Music Director Emeritus Geoffrey Simon who along with long term Festival Chorus Master Gary Cannon will lead the performance of Mahler's 3rd Symphony.
The 20th anniversary concert will take place 3 PM Sunday July 17 at the First Free Methodist Church in Queen Anne, 3200 3rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119.
