Claudette's Shabbat Dinner at Edgemere Farm
Claudette's Shabbat Dinner at the Farm is for all to attend.

When asked to open Edgemere's Dinner Season, Claudette decided that she would bring a taste of her home and heart to the farm to share. Claudette's children, who work with her at Cuisine by Claudette on 116th Street and their newly opened falafel pop-up at Riis Park, stood tall and smiling brightly when we announced her intention. Some of the best memories of their childhood consist of inviting their friends over to enjoy her incredible dinner at the end of the week. Claudette is on of the earliest proponents of the Rockaway Renaissance, her multi-cultural heritage shines through her cooking. Her roots spread wide as do her arms when she greets you.

Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm. It will be an opportunity to celebrate food, community and the abundant summer season that is now upon us. Claudette's very special menu is as follows:
