Cooking with the Chorale 5: Memphis to New Orleans
The chefs of the Publix Apron's cooking school demonstrate the preparation of a four course meal and then each course is served in turn and paired with craft beer selected to compliment each dish. This year's edition is "Memphis to New Orleans" and will feature menu inspired by the southern and NOLA cuisine.
1st Course: Fried Oysters with cheese grits and remoulade
2nd Course: Memphis style pork tostada stack
Main Course: Blackened Snapper with maque choux and crawfish bearnaise.
Dessert Course: Tennessee whiskey bread pudding
Tickets are $70 per person or $130 per couple.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm and tickets must be purchased in advance.
