Please join us for a special evening of deep relaxation through yoga and sound. Crystal will guide you through a series of gentle restorative yoga poses, while Jennifer's crystal bowls bathe you in harmonic vibrations. This practice will soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and invite you to relax deeply held tension. Appropriate for all levels.
Jennifer Proctor is an Atlanta-based massage therapist and energy healer who has been studying sound healing for the past five years. She is an active member of The International Sound Therapy Association and founded the sacred sound orchestra, twilight reveille. Playing quartz crystal singing bowls, she conducts a weekly meditation at Self Discovery Center and other special events throughout the year. The angelic vibrations produced by these crystal bowls have touched the lives of many, bringing peace and profound transformation.
Crystal Lane is a fellow teacher of Brittany's at Candler Park Yoga. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta, GA, and became a registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance. She also studied in Rishikesh, India, at Parmarth Niketan Ashram during an intensive 4-week-program, completing 150 hours of yoga training. Crystal believes that yoga is much more than the physical poses it is a way of connecting with the universe. It cultivates a message of love, transformation and growth. The practice is a time for each person to look within and discover his/her own unique truth. There are no absolutes or finalities in yoga. It is a continuous journey to your own rhythm.
