The Mad Stash: Morality?
The Mad Stash: Morality? Have you had your moral fiber today? Eat it in June!
"The Mad Stash: Morality?" is the next installment of of Battle Stache Studios' 2012 season. Live sketch comedy and music, artwork and short films will be strewn together to create a full length show again for the Bay Area. Six shows will be performed from June 21st to June 30th at the Firehouse Art Collective on the Berkeley/Oakland border. Each "Mad Stash" is a thematically linked evening of unctuous, hysterical and ridiculous sketches performed at a rate only appropriate for the age of the attention deficit. June's theme is Morality(or lack there of) featuring the writing styling of Josh Han, Colin Johnson, Katie May, Brian Quakenbush, Jess Thomas and Ignacio Zulueta. Expect our usual absurdity both onscreen and onstage as well as a new musical guest performer. You will be able to find our humongous mustached proscenium once again at the converted police vehicle dock located at 3192 Adeline Street across from Ashby BART station. It's the Firehouse Art Collective, converted by Tom Franco and Julia Lazar, to provide a multi-disciplinary space for artists, audiences, and their community.
