WCWP RADIO PRESENTS: JIMMY VALENTINE AND THE 'SINATRA CENTENNIAL CONCERT'
Two shows! Afternoon matinee at 3pm and evening show at 7:30pm.
At the tender age of fifty-something, Jimmy Valentine found out that he had a voice he never knew about. This discovery quickly led to a career change, and brought love back into his life. And Jimmy Valentine can convey his love for a great song like no-one else can.
Since his very first public appearance, where he left people doubting his 'origin' story, Jimmy has played clubs, weddings, private parties and concerts. In each venue, Jimmy showcases a voice that recreates the tonality and style of Frank Sinatra with deep sincerity and feeling but without special effects or vocal acrobatics.
Of course no two people sound exactly the same, but once you hear Jimmy, you'll wonder if he is not possessed by Frank! Sinatra wrote the book on standards and made them timeless. And Jimmy interprets these songs with the grace, style, intelligence and respect that Frank Sinatra initially gave them.
