2nd Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival - On Tour Truckee
Join Mountain Area Preservation (MAP) for the 2nd Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour in Historic Downtown Truckee, Friday October 9th & Saturday October 10th. Two nights of award winning films celebrating the environment, adventure & activism!
Films will be shown at the Community Arts Center, 10046 Church Street Truckee, CA 96161
October, 9th Valley Uprising, Tickets $15, Doors @5pm, Show at 6pm
MAP will screen Valley Uprising, a film paying tribute to the classic rock climbing history of Yosemite. The film screening is sponsored by the Truckee Donner Land Trust, Mountain Forage, Structerra and the Save Donner Climbing campiagn. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Black Wall campaign, helping the Truckee Donner Land Trust purchase the Black Wall at Donner Summit. Friday night there will be drinks, a raffle and popcorn at the screening! Tickets $15, on SALE at www.MountainAreaPreservation.org
