On Thursday, July 23rd 2015 CrossFit Media is allowing fans an opportunity to see "Froning, The Fittest Man In History" before it's released to the public. Tickets are available for purchase to CrossFit fans in Manhattan Beach and Carson the week of The 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games.
Rich Froning Jr. is a legend in CrossFit and the Sport of Fitness. In this biopic, take a look at his childhood, follow his quest for a fourth CrossFit Games title, and see him as a son, a husband and a new father.
