Jammin' with One Voice, Help Save our Center
Come join in on the fun and help a local charity at the same time. One Voice Community Center, a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center will be hosting a music jam featuring local musicians and vocalists from across the valley.
Whether you like jazz, dance, pop, acoustic guitar, rap, or R&B you will find something you like. Your feet will be tapping, you may be inclined to dance, or even sing along. Don't worry if you don't know the words or can't dance. We won't tell.
Light hor d'oeurves and beverages will be served. Raffle tickets from local businesses will be available for sale. Everyone will be entered for the door prize, a gift certificate from Hula's Modern Tiki for $50.
This event is part of 'Save Our Center' fundraising campaign for One Voice Community Center, a 501(c)3 organization. One Voice Community Center has lost their funding and is trying to raise funds through this event. It is the launch to many more Saturday night events One Voice Community Center hopes to bring to the community as an alternative to the bar scene.
