Family & Children Services Charity Golf Classic

The 2nd annual Family & Children Services Charity Golf Classic will take place at the prestigious Los Altos Golf & Country Club on Monday, May 16, 2011. The tournament will showcase the impact of Family & Children Services' work with children, adults, and families in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, while raising funds to benefit these year-round services.

The event will host approximately 100 golfers and feature sports celebrity golfers, festive theme holes with contests and prizes, and the chance to win a 2011 Jaguar courtesy of San Jose British Motors. After the tournament, golfers and other guests will enjoy a cocktail party and dinner, live entertainment, and silent auction.

The Los Altos Golf & Country Club is located in Los Altos, California. The course is regarded as one of the most beautiful and challenging in the Bay Area. The Family & Children Services Charity Golf Classic provides participants the opportunity to play on this immaculate private course, while supporting essential mental health and prevention services.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
9:30 a.m. - Registration Opens
10:00 a.m. - Warm-up activities include complimentary chair massages, golf fitness seminar, or a visit to the cigar van
11:00 a.m. - Catered Lunch by First & Main Sports Lounge
12:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies
12:30 p.m. - Shotgun Start - Shamble Format
5:30 p.m. - Cocktail party follwed by dinner
