The Delights of Provence
The chefs of the Publix Apron's cooking school demonstrate the preparation of a four course meal and then each course is served in turn and paired with wine selected to compliment each dish. This year's edition is "The Delights of Provence" and will feature menu inspired by the south of France.
Soup Course: Bouillabaise (seafood soup)
Appetizer: Grilled Tuna Nicoise
Entrée: Beef Fillet with mushroom custard and roasted potatoes.
Dessert: Pineapple habanero popsicles
Tickets are $70 per person or $130 per couple.
Dinner begins at 6:00pm and tickets must be purchased in advance.
