Ever tried to make a film in virtual reality? Ever made a videogame bend to your very own narrative? The new trend is catching fast, thanks to articles in the New York Times, pioneering motion graphics commissions from companies such as MTV, and the development of new HD virtual camera technologies. Our second annual Machinima showcase brings together the worlds of cinema and role-playing video games by combining the language of filmmaking with game technologies that personalize every aspect of the production process.
