Tallahassee Civic Chorale Spring 2015 Concert - Musique Francaise
The Tallahassee Civic Chorale presents their spring concert of the 2014-15 season "Musique Francaise." The concert takes on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 7:30pm in the sanctuary of Faith Presbyterian Church. The evening's program features choral music by French composers or in the French language, including works by Claude Debussy, Gabriel Faure, Morten Lauridsen, Rene Clausen. The centerpiece of the program is Faure's "Requiem in D minor" which will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra and soloists Jemeesa Yarborough, soprano and Andre Peele, baritone.
Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for seniors (62+) and students, and Free for TCC students, staff, and faculty. Seating in Faith Presbyterian is non-reserved.
