The Beth Custer Ensemble

The Beth Custer Ensemble returns to the fabulous, acoustically unique, concert series of the Noe Valley Ministry. The Beth Custer Ensemble features the creme de la creme of Bay Area musicians, including drummer Jan Jackson (who played with Grammy-nominated Will Bernard, Chuck Berry), guitarist/composer David James (Curtis Bumby, Spearhead, Sila), bassist Lisa Mezzacappa (Duo B; Go Go Fightmaster), Diana Mangano, backup vocals (lead vocal in Jefferson Starship), iconic pianist Graham Connah, trumpet player Chris Grady (Club Foot Orchestra, Mark Growden) and Beth Custer (Trance Mission, Club Foot Orchestra, Clarinet Thing). The band bursts forth with a genre-defying repertoire.
